Ron built our summer home for us back in 2004. Being that the property is inside the 100 foot buffer and on a rather small lot, it presented significant challenges from both a zoning and logistical perspective. Ron met all of the challenges and built us a quality home that exceeded our expectations. Ron is attentive and responsive and was always available during the planning and building phases. He's also extremely detail-oriented and the quality of work that he delivers reflects this personality trait. In my opinion, you can't go wrong in choosing Mr. Kans as your homebuilder.
